About the Author
My name is Nathan Cashion.
I have always had a passion for technology and education. I was raised by two hard working parents, a carpenter and a teacher, in beautiful San Diego, California. I received a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.
I believe in change and in learning new things. I was born in the early 80s and, in the debate between digital-immigrants and digital-natives, consider myself a bi-lingual dual citizen. I love and embrace technology – but do not depend on it – and recognize the importance of spending time off the grid.
My passions and interests are spread across many fields – from alternative medicine to ballroom dancing. I believe this gives me a unique perspective and the ability to draw from all of my talents and knowledge to create new things.
Also, I hate writing. Yes, I know, not the best trait for a blogger. I used to stay for hours after school to finish writing a single page in my journal. I’m getting better at it, but if I go for weeks without posting, you’ll understand why.
